Reader Tips #1

Hello my friends and family, and welcome to my first "Reader Tips" post! In this section I will share with you all different tips that readers of my blog have shared with me, either as comments to the blog or personally and that have helped me on my path.

The first reader tip comes from a loyal reader to the blog and a great friend. A couple of days ago he shared with me a post named "How to Keep Habits Going During Travel" by Leo Babauta. As I have mentioned earlier traveling presents extra hazards to any routine, including dietary and exercise routines. I will be traveling next week. I will follow the tips given by Leo Babauta and hopefully will continue losing weight uninterrupted. Here's the link:

Special thanks to my parents who have given the extra mile to be there for me throughout the process. Just this weekend my mother went out food shopping for me and my father bought me a device to help me track my progress (keep an eye open for an upcoming "Readers Tips" dad).
